The Heart's Way specializes in two to five day custom retreats. There are no set prices; the cost is determined by the number of sessions you select over the course of your stay. We will design a retreat that fits within your time constraints and schedule.
You will meet with Liz in private sessions. Each session is specifically designed around your unique needs and desires, and each session builds on the previous session. Our retreats are unique in that you get to choose where you want to stay. We offer several options. Ojai is a world-famous tourist destination with lovely boutique hotels, quaint inns and luxury spas in every price range. Your coaching sessions will be held in your room, at the hotel or inn where you are staying.
There are even more options: you can retreat with Liz at a peaceful place in nature off the beaten path where you can retreat in complete solitude. If you're looking for an authentic Ojai experience, you may have you coaching sessions at one of the sacred tribal sites at one of the vortexes.
The most popular retreat is two nights and two days. The retreat ends at noon, so you can spend the rest of the day on the Sacred Sites Tour and do some sight-seeing with Liz, or enjoy the rest of the day in Ojai before you head home.
During your stay there are many spa treatments and holistic healing services you can choose from, including a nurturing massage or facial, energy healing, or body work. These services will make your feel relaxed and revitalized. Maps and guide books to these services will be in your Ojai Retreat Package, which you will receive upon arrival.

Private Solo Retreat Day Agenda

The Two Nights/Two day Retreat Package is our most popular. However, you have the option to book up to five retreat days, and choose the number of coaching time per day.
Day One
Afternoon arrival, settle in
Meet with Liz for 2 hours

After breakfast

Break time: enjoy a nature walk, a tour,
reflect, journal, have a massage, or

At noon your retreat is officially over
You may wish to spend the rest of Day Three in Ojai and visit the farmer's market, take a yoga class, get a massage, do some boutique shopping, enjoy a great meal, or enjoy wine tasting in our foot-friendly village before you return home.
